  • Han Chiang University College Of Communication (HCUC) is a non-profit institution of higher learning that offers quality education at affordable fees; it was established in 1999 and has become a renowned College in the country catering to the educational needs of local and international students
  • HCUC originated from the journalism programme offered by Han Chiang High School through its post-secondary education back in 1978.
  • The programme successfully produced a good number of journalists for the media industry.; from then onwards, the College has expanded its horizons and dived into other disciplines such as Mass Communication, Business Management, Information Technology, Chinese Studies and Multimedia -Han Chiang College received a formal invitation from the Ministry of Education Malaysia (now Ministry of Higher Education – MoHE) to be upgraded to a University College in 2014
  • Now, Han Chiang University College Of Communication currently offers one Foundation, nine Diploma and homegrown programmes.
  • Assets of the college include:
    1. Programmes that are accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
    2. Programmes that are also recognized by many overseas universities, many of whom provide articulation routes for our diploma programmes
    3. Offers R&D research grants to staff and students
