Year 1
Languages
You'll take core language modules. These modules focus on developing your fluency, accuracy and communication expertise. Examples modules may include:

By taking Italian ab initio, you will follow an intensive, fast-track programme. Example modules may include:

Linguistics
You will take linguistics modules, examples of which may include:

Year 2
Languages
You'll study core language modules in German and Italian, examples of which may include:
- German Language and Cultures: Advanced
- Italian Language and Cultures: Advanced
You will also study four option modules. In previous years, options have covered topics such as:

- Year abroad (You can divide the year abroad between two locations, a German-speaking country and Italy, or you can choose to spend the whole year in one location.)
