Criteria

  • This tactical applies to students who apply for 2024 Intake at UNITAR Main Campus for the following PhD programmes: Business Management, Information Technology, Management, Education
  • Applicants must also meet the entry requirement for the programme.
  • Applicants must also be Malaysian citizens and have a valid Malaysian IC.

Highlights

  • The deduction of the tuition fee waiver will be based on percentage and across the duration of the program.
  • This tactical cannot be transferred to another individual, exchanged for cash or any other benefits, financial or otherwise modified.
  • The tactical is only valid for the programme in which the applicant has enrolled in and for the applicant’s duration of study at the specified UNTAR campus. In the event the applicant changes programmes or transfers campuses or regional centers, the tactical may be terminated.
  • This will be subjected to the approval of UNITAR.
  • Failure to comply with such request without reason/s acceptable to UNITAR will result in a suspension or termination of the scholarship/bursary.
  • UNITAR reserves the right to terminate the scholarship if the applicant does not comply with the rules and regulations stipulated by UNITAR, including but not limited to the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
  • All decisions made by UNITAR are final and not open to negotiation.
  • All appeals for this bursary are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • CANNOT be on top of other Scholarship / Financial Aid unless specified)

Up to RM 2,000 tuition fee waiver.

Details

Bursary for students who apply for 2024 Intake at UNITAR Main Campus for specific PhD programmes.

Application

  • Applicant must make full payment or at least 1st installment payment for the 1st-semester fee of their registered programme to be entitled to PhD Programme Bursary:
    • If a student opts for payment via EPF, the student must provide proof of EPF payment application by the first (1st) week of class to maintain this tactical.
  • Failure to do as per (a) will result in either:
    • Student to make full payment or at least 1st installment payment for the 1st-semester fee; or
    • The waiver is to be terminated immediately by the end of 2nd week.
