Criteria

  1. Students with an average of at least 58% or CGPA 3.3 for LLB law Year 1 & Year 2 degree are eligible for GBP1,500
  2. Students with an average of at least 65% or CGPA 3.6 are eligible for up to GBP2,000.
  3. When accepting the scholarship they will have to prove that they satisfy the UKVI criteria in terms of being able to cover living costs and the remainder of the fees.
  4. You can only be in receipt of one University of the West of England scholarship. If you meet the eligibility criteria for more than one of the scholarships, you will be awarded the scholarship which is the most beneficial to you (unless otherwise stated).

Highlights

  1. They are liable to pay any remaining fees if scholarship is for less than 100% tuition fees, as well as living, transport and accommodation costs.
  2. Any extension of period of study at UWE Bristol or re-take of modules etc, will be at their own expense.
  3. All scholarships, unless otherwise specified, are non-deferrable. If you are offered a scholarship and then choose to defer your place, the offer of the scholarship will be withdrawn and you will have to re-apply or will be reconsidered for the scholarship again the following year.
  4. We reserve the right to defer the scholarship to the next intake should the programme not run.

  • LLB Law Year 1 & Year 2 Degree
    • At least 58% or CGPA 3.3 are eligible for GBP1,500
    • At least 65% or CGPA 3.6 are eligible for up to GBP2,000.

Scholarship awarded to students with excellent academic performance in LLB (Law) Year 1 and Year 2 up to GBP 2,000 (RM 11,260 @ 1 GBP = RM 5.63)
