INTI Sports Excellence Scholarship

1. Applicant must complete application form together with a copy of the following documents:-

• official exam results of the most recent exmination; 
• parent's proof of inome - last 2 years' EA Form / Salary slips for 3 months, and last 2 years' income taxt form - Form B/ Form BE 

2. Applicant must show proof of a minimum 2-year participation at
state/national level competitions preceding the application date

3. The award will only be granted if the official result meets the eligibility requirements. 

4. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
