    • National Athlete - represents the country in sports at the regional and international level games, sports, events
    • State Athlete - represents the state in sports at the national level games, sports, events

Highlights

Successful recipients must:

  • Maintain their sports achievements throughout their studies at UCSI University at state or national level.
  • Serve and contribute towards the promotion of sports activities at UCSI University.
  • Maintain their discipline, attendance and exemplary behaviour throughout their studies at UCSI University.

Awards

Tuition Fee
  • Successful national athlete applicants will receive a full tuition fee waiver will receive a full tuition fee waiver for the undergraduate study period at UCSI University.
  • Successful state athlete applicants will be awarded a partial tuition fee waiver for the undergraduate study period at UCSI University.

Details

This Bursary is open to any Malaysian state or national athlete who enrolled in any of the foundation programmes (leading to a degree) or any diploma or degree programmes at UCSI University.

Application

Applicants:

  1. Must meet the requirements to register for the selected programme and pay the registration fee to first obtain the UCSI University's Letter of Acceptance.
  2. Submit the application form together with the Letter of Acceptance to the UCSI University Trust before the application deadline (typically a full month before the intended degree intake month).
  3. Will be notified via e-mail or SMS of the interview date, time and venue IF shortlisted for interview
  4. Produce certified true copies of examination results and other supporting documents stipulated in the form during the interview
  5. Will be informed by the UCSI University Trust via e-mail within 2 weeks IF application is successful
  6. Must confirm acceptance of the scholarships within 2 weeks, failing which it will be automatically withdrawn
