Criteria

  • Applicable to students who apply to UNITAR Main Campus for 2024 intake MBA online programme only.
  • Applicants must either be of the following status below to be eligible for this waiver:
    • Retrenched: Retrenched or let go by the company due to no fault of the employee.
      • To provide a letter of retrenchment/notice as a supporting document.
    • Unemployed: Refers to people who are without work for 3 months or more.
      • To provide EPF Contribution Statement as supporting document*.
      • To prove there was no work income for the past 3 months
  • Applicants must also meet the entry requirement for the programme.
  • Applicants must also be Malaysian citizens and have a valid Malaysian IC.

Highlights

  • Applicants who are Mybrain 2.0 recipients is not qualified for the bursary.
  • This tactical cannot be transferred to another individual, exchanged for cash or any other benefits, financial or otherwise modified.
  • All decisions made by UNITAR are final and not open to negotiation.
  • All appeals for this bursary are considered on a case-by-case basis.
