Criteria

  • For Malaysian students only
  • Priority for students of B40 category
  • Meet the minimum academic requirements as follow:
    • STPM/A-levels* - CGPA 3.5 
    • UEC - 3A1s
    • Foundation/Matriculation/Diploma - CGPA 3.75

*CGPA equivalent for A-Level: A* – 4.0 A – 4.0 B – 3.7 C – 3.0 D – 2.3 E – 2.0 F – 1.3

Highlights

  • Applicants would only know if they are shortlisted/successful after they have entered MMU to study and not before they study.
  • Scholarship recipients must maintain CGPA of 3.33 throughout their duration of study.
  • The duration of scholarship will end upon completion of the study period specified by MMU.
  • Merit scholarship recipients are eligible to continue to receive a scholarship throughout the remaining duration of their studies in Multimedia University subject to excellent academic performance depending on the scholarship percentage category that they hold.

Application

  • Eligible Student can apply President, Merit or Sports Scholarship using the same form by filling column boxes indicated in the form
  • All scholarship submission must be done before the dateline and late application will not be entertained.
  • The dateline for each application is a week after class commencement and thus shortlisted candidate will be contacted after they have entered MMU to study and not before they study.
  • All scholarship will have interview session and shortlisted student will be contacted by our Bursary Department for the interview arrangement.
  • Most of the scholarship are priorities to B40 category and all supporting documents must be submitted upon submitting the application
