You will be out inspecting and taking visuals of your assigned properties for the most part of your typical work day, so being physically fit is essential. Documentation is another very important aspect of the role, as these documents are often legal binding. So be sure to include all the data and visuals in a detailed and organised manner in the reports, as they will serve as the supporting basis to your appraisal.
