Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Students of certain nationalites, including Malaysians.
Have been assessed as overseas students for tuition fee purposes
Self-funded student on a full-time, on campus basis
Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate course with annual fees of £16,200 or above

Highlights

The scholarship is not available for students who have previously studied other courses at the University of Portsmouth, who will instead be allocated the alumni discount.
The scholarship is not available for ICP (International College Portsmouth) students progressing to the University.
The scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship, discount or fee offer.

Tuition Fee

£5,000 fee reduction that will apply to your first year of study. (About RM 27,750 based on a currency conversion rate of 1 GBP to RM 5.55)

Eligible applicants will be considered for the Chancellor's Global Academic Merit Scholarship.

Application

Proceed to apply for your course at University of Portsmouth with the support of any of our Uni Enrol counsellors.
Once you have an academic offer from University of Portsmouth, proceed to apply for this scholarship online (on the website) and accept their academic offer before the deadline (e.g. 30th May for the September intake).
Applications will then be considered by the University's scholarship panel and the successful candidates will be contacted to confirm their status.
The discounted fee will be stated on your Confirmation of Acceptance for Study (CAS). This is the final document you receive when you have an unconditional offer to study at the University of Portsmouth and have paid your deposit.
