Criteria

  • Must be a Malaysian student (Malaysia fees)
  • Offered a place to study at Swinburne Sarawak
  • Must accept the offer before a set deadline with full payment of first semester tuition fee.

Highlights

  • For Intensive English (IE) Students, they must be under packaged offer and only applicable when the students enter the main programme
  • Students eligible for the Special UEC 15% Bursary is not eligible for the grant
  • Bursary deductions are only valid from the second semester of study
  • Bursary is valid in addition to any eligible scholarship

Awards

Tuition Fee

Up to RM 4,000 fee waiver depending on the student's location of school or institution of origin:

  • Outside Kuching (from Bau, Siburan onwards): RM 4,000 
  • Within Kuching (inc. Samarahan) - Degree, Postgraduate : RM 3,000
  • Within Kuching (inc. Samarahan) - Foundation, Diploma : RM 2,000

The full grant amount will be reflected in the second semester of principal program tuition fee and the awards will be reflected in the scholarship letter.
