Criteria

1. Be a Malaysian citizen. 
2. Have an excellent academic record and be active in extracurricular activities.
3. Must achieve a good score of Forward School’s aptitude test (16 and above).
4. Be at least 18 years old and not more than 30 years old at the time of application.
5. SPM/ O-Levels/ UEC/ STPM/ A- Levels holders must be required have at least a pass for English and Mathematics
