  • Pass in STPM/A-Levels or equivalent with at least 3 principals/CGPA 2.0 for degree programme.

  • The student must represent state or national, provided verification from Sports Association, in the games/category as specified

Highlights

  • The student need to maintain minimum CGPA 2.0 throughout his/her studies.
  • The student must represent MMU and uphold the university name in his/her respective championship.
  • The student also required to take part in promotional activity and conduct workshop hosted by MMU, if necessary, especially in attracting the future batch of students who will enroll the same scholarship programme.

Details

MMU Sports Excellence Scholarship provide an opportunity for talented students to develop their performance in Sports, becoming a MMU champion for sport, performing in the Sukan IPT and in any major competitions organize by KPT; whilst gaining a recognized degree qualification from MMU.

Application

  • Applications must be submitted by end of week one (1) after commencement of each Trimester

Documents required:

  • Photocopy of Identity card (both sides) / passport (personal information page/s)
  • Certified copies of academic certificate(s) and transcript(s)
  • Certified copies of documents indicating sports/extra-cocurricular activities
  • Verification letter from related Sports Association / official bodies (original letter)
