The RUMC Medical Scholarship is a selective award recognising academic excellence and professional potential, rather than a broad financial incentive. It is designed to support students who demonstrate not only strong academic capability, but also the personal attributes essential for medical training and future clinical practice.

- Shortlisted students are required to attend an interview

Fee waiver amount are based on scholarship tier as follows:

Tier 1 – High Distinction: RM 40,000

Tier 2 – Merit Scholar: RM 30,000
-
Tier 3 – Performance Scholar: RM 20,000
-
Defined CGPA bands are used to determine a candidate’s potential scholarship tier (High Distinction, Merit, or Performance)
