- Location: George Town, Penang
- Nearby: Situated in the heart of George Town, close to the Penang General Hospital, Penang Botanic Gardens, and a wide range of cafes, heritage sites, and student housing options.
- Getting here: Accessible via Rapid Penang bus routes (101, 103, 104, and 304) that stop along Jalan Utama and Jalan Residensi near the campus. The Komtar Bus Terminal and Weld Quay Ferry Terminal are around 10–15 minutes away by car. Ride-hailing services and taxis are widely available, and Penang International Airport is approximately 30 minutes’ drive away.
- Faculties / Programmes: Specialises in Medicine and Health Sciences, offering programmes such as the Undergraduate Medicine (MB BCh BAO) degree awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and University College Dublin (UCD), as well as the Foundation in Science and Medical Science programmes.
- Established in 1996 as Penang Medical College and rebranded as RCSI & UCD Malaysia Campus (RUMC), it is the only Irish university branch campus in the region. Students complete their pre-clinical training in Dublin and clinical training in Penang, blending Irish medical education with Malaysian healthcare experience.

A 50% waiver of the foundation fee (RM 15,000) will be granted, with RM 7,500 deducted during the foundation programme and the remaining RM 7,500 deducted upon progression to Undergraduate (Medicine)
