This scholarship provides tuition fee waiver for postgraduate taught students in MA Music: Composition.
The Matt Dibble MA Music Scholarship is a funding award offered by the University of York in memory of alumnus Matt Dibble. It supports a postgraduate student studying MA Music: Composition within the School of Arts and Creative Technologies.

- Open to International (including EU), International (non-EU) and UK (home) students
- Must have an offer for a place on the MA Music: Composition course
- You'll need to submit your personal details, your academic details and a statement of up to 300 words addressing the following:
- Why you have applied for the Matt Dibble MA Music Scholarship
- Further information about why you have chosen to study the Master's course
- Information about your composition achievements to date
- Applications must be submitted before the deadline of 7 June 2026, 11.59pm BST
