This scholarship provides tuition fee waiver for eligible international students
The International Undergraduate Excellence Award is granted to academically outstanding international students enrolling in an undergraduate programme at the University of Westminster.

Requirements
- You must be classified as overseas fee status and hold an offer for a full time Bachelors course starting in September 2026.
- Hold an offer to study a full-time Bachelor’s degree programme Level 4 (first-year entry).
- Applicants will need to demonstrate academic excellence and have grades that are significantly above the minimum requirement for their course of study. Applicants should also show a passion for their chosen subject.
- Be self-funded (you must be paying for your studies independently rather than being sponsored or in receipt of another scholarship).
- Applicants in receipt of an International Undergraduate Scholarship will not be eligible for any other Scholarships or discount.
- Meet the conditions attached to your academic offer (if it is a conditional offer) and to the issuance of a CAS.
- Eligibility excludes Bachelor’s programme with integrated foundation year, International Summer School or Study Abroad Programme, external sponsorship or funding, and other course fee discounts.
- Please note that you are NOT eligible to apply for this scholarship if you fall into one or more of the below categories:
- If you are applying for a Bachelor’s programme with an integrated foundation year
- If you are applying for an International Summer School or Study Abroad Programme
- If you are receiving sponsorship or funding from an external organisation or governmental body (this excludes student loan schemes such as US Federal Aid or Lanekassen)
- If you are eligible for any other discount on your course fees such as a partner student discount or EU Qualifications Award

- You must contact the scholarships team before making any changes to your programme of study/course transfers.
- Recipients of this award are expected to act in an ambassadorial capacity, to provide student profiles or testimonials if requested, and to attend scholarship or recruitment events as required to include the annual scholarship reception.
