This scholarship provides tuition fee waiver international students
The Chancellor's International Scholarship recognizes international students with outstanding academic achievements who are enrolling in an undergraduate programme at University of Sussex
Requirements
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be eligible:
- Be classified as ‘Overseas’ for fee purposes
- Have received an offer of a place to study a full-time Bachelors degree at Sussex in 2026
- Be self-financing
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent academic performance and fulfill at least one of the following academic requirements:
- A-Levels: AAA
- IB Diploma: 36 points
- OSSD: Average 80% from 6 grade
You are not eligible for this scholarship if you:
- Are applying for a Bachelors at a university that is not at the University of Sussex
- Are a current Sussex student
- Are progressing into the final year of an integrated Masters at Sussex
- Are studying one of the Excluded courses listed below

- This scholarship is available for the 2026/27 academic year only, if a scholar defers or temporarily withdraws from their course, they will no longer be eligible to receive the scholarship.

The following courses are excluded from this scholarship:
- Courses at Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS)
- Degrees in Social Work (if receiving an NHS bursary)
- Courses which include Foundation Year
- PGCE courses
- School Direct teaching courses
- Postgraduate diplomas
