This scholarship provides tuition fee waiver for postgraduate taught students.
The University of Liverpool School of Histories, Languages and Cultures Master’s Scholarships support outstanding postgraduate taught students pursuing selected programmes in history, languages, film, politics, public policy and education at University of Liverpool.

Requirements
- Applicants must be joining an eligible full time master’s programme. May refer below for applicable master programme and number of award availables.
- The scholarship open to both home and international students except for MA in Chinese-English Translating and Interpreting Scholarships which only open for international students.
- International students must have paid their deposit before the scholarship can be guaranteed.
- These scholarships are intended to fund a student who does not yet possess a postgraduate qualification (MA/MRes/MSc, PhD or equivalent). Applicants who already hold a postgraduate-level qualification will be ineligible for funding.
- You should not be in possession of any other bursary, award or scholarship awarded by the University of Liverpool. This excludes the Postgraduate Progression Award, which is an automatic fee reduction for students who have completed previous undergraduate study at the University of Liverpool and can be combined with this scholarship.
