This scholarship offers a tuition fee waiver for students enrolling in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery programme at UTAR

How to qualify

Requirements

  • Meet any of the following minimum academic requirements:
  • STPM/A-Level: 4As or average grade point 4.00
  • UEC: 8As
  • CPU 95% (minimum 6 subjects)
  • SAM or equivalent: ATAR 95
  • IB points: 7 points for every subjects of 6 subjects (not including bonus points)
  • UTAR Foundation Programmes: CGPA 3.95
  • The combined monthly income of applicant, applicant’s spouse or parents should not exceed RM 5,000.00
  • MUET band score of 4 or better / IELTS average band score of 6.5 or better
  • Have extracurricular achievements
  • Registered student of UTAR MBBS programme.
