- Former Student / Employees of UNITAR (University, Colleges & Regional Centres)
- Current Student of UNITAR (University, Colleges & Regional Centres)
- Provide Proof of employment in UNITAR and marriage / birth certificate (for spouse, children and siblings)
- Open for new students at UNITAR (Kelana Jaya, Colleges, RC, & UUCKL)
- Applicable for both conventional & online only
