- Open to Sarawakian
- First Bachelor Degree
- Offered into an FTES-approved Undergraduate Degree programme at one of the Sarawak-Owned Institutions of Higher Learning (SIHL). May refer below:
- Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus
- Curtin University of Sarawak
- i-CATS University College
- University of Technology Sarawak (UTS)
- Full-time student
- Not receiving any other scholarship
- Applicable to selected Degree programmes: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Medicine, Law, Psychology, Accounting, and Finance

Highlights
- Applications for FTES (including stipend) are submitted through the respective SIHL.
- Students must follow all university rules and complete their degree within the period stated in the offer letter; the Scheme only covers this period, and any extension or additional costs will be the student’s own responsibility.
- Students may change their programme once within the same SIHL, with Ministry approval, and any additional fees are to be covered by the student.
- Students under FTES are not permitted to transfer between SIHLs; bachelor’s degree students from other institutions who wish to join a SIHL under the FTES must submit a new application and, if approved, will start their studies from Year 1.
- Deferment is allowed for up to 2 semesters for valid reasons, and FTES will be suspended during this period.
- Any extension or additional fees due to failed or repeated subjects will not be funded and must be borne solely by the student.
- FTES, including stipend, will be suspended or terminated if the student has been suspended, terminated, or withdrawn from the University.

- Tuition fee waiver of 100%
- Additional stipend of RM 15,000 per year for student from households with a monthly
per capita income of RM 1,500 or less. Detailed breakdown is provided below:
- RM 5,000 for accommodation through designated SIH Housing Unit
- RM 10,000 disbursed through SPay Global (also known as SarawakPay), which supports the DuitNow QR platform.
