Requirements
- Malaysian citizens aged below 35 years
- Meet minimum academic requirements as listed:
- Minimum SPM 3 credits; or
- Applicants with fewer than 3 credits may apply if they have relevant work experience in early childhood education or related fields
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a two-stage interview
- Bilingual candidates are preferred, especially those proficient in Chinese
- Only applicable to students of the Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Online Distance Learning) commencing classes in 2026

- Recipients must bear the registration fee and any tuition or related fees exceeding the scholarship amount. PTPTN or other financial aid may be used to cover remaining costs.
- Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic performance (minimum CGPA 2.5 or higher as required by the Provider).
- As classes are held online and outside working hours, Recipients are expected to attend all scheduled classes.
- If classes or exams conflict with work hours, the Providers will allow reasonable leave for examinations to support academic performance.
- Failure to pass the same subject or module after three (3) attempts may result in suspension or termination of the Scholarship.
- Recipients must serve the Provider or its partner/affiliated institutions for two (2) years, beginning from the date the completion letter is issued by the university.
- Recipients must complete their internship at the Provider’s centre(s) or a designated location. Internship does not count toward the service bond.
- Placement at Hey Education or Seeds Educare will be discussed and mutually agreed with the Recipient upon successful selection.
