- Open for Malaysian students.
- Applicants must be the full scholarship or half scholarship winners in the MIA Nationwide Art & Design Competition.
- Scholarship recipients must meet the entry requirements of MIA, failing which the scholarship will be nullified.
- Applicants must have gained admission to MIA within the validity period of the scholarship.
- Open to artis nationwide from secondary schools
