The Graduate Excellence Initiative (GREI) Fund at MAHSA University is a comprehensive work-based placement scheme designed to support and encourage outstanding postgraduate students pursuing either Master's or Doctoral (PhD) studies.

How to qualify

Requirements

Applicants must meet a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or higher for Master by Coursework, and a positive recommendation from the Dean of the faculty for Master by Research.

  • Scholarship renewal depends on maintaining academic progress, fulfilling work placements, and showing ongoing leadership potential.
  • Recipients must actively participate in work-based placements, following the provider's guidelines, with a minimum of 10 hours per week.
  • Recipients must uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and maintain a commitment to ethical research practices.
  • Recipients must maintain satisfactory attendance in all classes and adhere to the institution's attendance policies by 80% (applicable for MBA by Coursework only)
  • The scholarship duration aligns with the length of the chosen postgraduate program (Master's or Doctoral).
  • Tuition fee bursaries are disbursed directly to the student's ledger account in accordance with the institution's financial aid policies.
