The MAHSA Blue Ribbon Scholarship is a prestigious merit-based scholarship that recognises and rewards outstanding academic achievement. This scholarship is open to new MAHSA students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance.

Requirements
- Be enrolled as a full-time student in any MAHSA program.
- Not applicable for MBA programme
- Demonstrate financial need and provide supporting documentation if required.
- Meet the following minimum academic requirements:
- Foundation: Minimum 5A's in SPM/IGCSE
- Bachelor: Minimum CGPA of 3.5 or higher on STPM/ STAM/ A-Level/UEC/Diploma/ Foundation/ Matriculation
- Postgraduate (Excluding MBA): Minimum CGPA of 3.5 or higher on Bachelor/Master studies
- Part time/ Online Direct Learning (Excluding MBA): Minimum CGPA of 3.50

- Grants priority access to MAHSA's on-campus accommodation by reservation one (1) month prior to check in
- Demonstrate exemplary conduct and adherence to MAHSA's policies and regulations.
- Scholarship renewal is contingent upon maintaining the minimum CGPA requirement 3.0 and satisfactory academic progress.
- Scholarship recipients may be required to contribute to the MAHSA community through volunteer work or other extracurricular activities in the amount of 120 scholarly hours (prorated by semester or half yearly basis).
- Recipients must uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and avoid any form of academic dishonesty.
- Recipients must maintain satisfactory attendance in all classes and adhere to MAHSA's attendance policies by 80%.
- Recipients are responsible for managing their personal finances and ensuring they meet all financial obligations, excluding tuition fees covered by the scholarship.
- The scholarship duration varies depending on the program of study.
- Scholarship funds are disbursed directly to the student's ledger account upon successful enrollment in the next level of study.

Fee waiver for each level of study are as follows:
- Foundation: 100% for 1 year only
- Foundation/STPM/Matriculation/UEC/A-Level to Degree (Health Sciences / Business / Engineering / Pharmacy): Up to RM 6,000
- Foundation/STPM/Matriculation/UEC/A-Level to Degree (MBBS & DDS): Up to RM 16,000
- Diploma to Bachelor’s Degree: Up to RM 7,000
- Postgraduate Scholarship (Excluding MBA): Up to RM 7,000
- Part Time/Online Direct Learning (Excluding MBA): RM 1,000
This scholarship is applicable to foundation students from other institutions enrolling in any of the following undergraduate programmes:
