The MAHSA Blue Ribbon Scholarship is a prestigious merit-based scholarship that recognizes and rewards outstanding academic achievement. It is open to both new MAHSA students and MAHSA alumni who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance. The scholarship is applicable to all MAHSA students across all programs and can be used for progression to the next level of study.

- Be enrolled as a full-time student in any MAHSA program.
- Demonstrate financial need and provide supporting documentation if required.
- Meet the following academic requirements:
- MBRS Foundation: Minimum 5A's in SPM/IGCSE
- MBRS Bachelor: Minimum CGPA of 3.5 or higher on STPM/ STAM/ A-Level/ Diploma/ Foundation
- MBRS Master/PhD: Minimum CGPA of 3.5 or higher on Bachelor/Master studies

- Grants priority access to MAHSA's on-campus accommodation by reservation one (1) month prior to check in
- Demonstrate exemplary conduct and adherence to MAHSA's policies and regulations.
- Scholarship renewal is contingent upon maintaining the minimum CGPA requirement 3.0 and satisfactory academic progress.
- Scholarship recipients may be required to contribute to the MAHSA community through volunteer work or other extracurricular activities in the amount of 120 scholarly hours (prorated by semester or half yearly basis).
- Recipients must uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and avoid any form of academic dishonesty.
- Recipients must maintain satisfactory attendance in all classes and adhere to MAHSA's attendance policies by 80%.
- Recipients are responsible for managing their personal finances and ensuring they meet all financial obligations, excluding tuition fees covered by the scholarship.
- The scholarship duration varies depending on the program of study.
- Scholarship funds are disbursed directly to the student's ledger account upon successful enrollment in the next level of study.
