Institut Sinaran (IS) is a reputable private higher education institution located at KM 10, Jalan Tuaran Bypass, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Established in 1987 as the Sabah Tshung Tsin Pre-University Centre, it was upgraded to institute status in 2002 and moved to its current modern campus in 2010. Owned by the Kota Kinabalu Hakka Association, IS aims to provide affordable and internationally recognised education through quality teaching and holistic development. The institute offers programmes such as the Cambridge GCE A-Level, Diploma in Commerce, and Foundation in Science and Arts, all accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
