This scholarship provides tuition fee waiver for eligible postgraduate taught students
The Postgraduate Taught Bursary provides eligible postgraduate students with financial assistance through a tuition fee reduction, helping to make postgraduate education at Heriot-Watt University Malaysia more accessible and affordable.

- Applicable to Malaysia and International students who meet the programme entry requirements, paid registration fee, visa application fee and Personal Bond, first semester tuition fee before the deadlines below:
- Intake September 2026: Deadline 15 August 2026
- Intake January 2027: Deadline 15 December 2026
- Intake May 2027: Deadline 15 April 2027
- Applicable for new full time and part time postgraduate taught students (excluding MBA).

Tuition fee waiver of RM 13,500 are to be deducted as follows:
- Full-time Students: Bursary will be deducted over 1 semester (Second semester)
- Part-time Students: Bursary will be deducted over 3 semesters (Second, third, and fourth semesters)
