- Applicants must submit an exceptional art portfolio
- Shortlisted candidates may be required to undergo an assessment
- The scholarship is available only to full-time registered students at Dasein Academy of Art and applies to the year of admission, not the year of application.

- Scholarship board will evaluate student's portfolio, weekly
- Grant holders must maintain required grades each semester. May refer below:
- Minimum GPA to maintain in Year 1 Sem 1 - Year 2 Sem 4:
- RM 1,000 - RM 5,000: GPA 3.00
- RM 6,000 - RM 10,000: GPA 3.30
- Minimum GPA to maintain in Year 2 Sem 5 - Year 3 Sem 8:
- RM 1,000 - RM 5,000: GPA 2.80
- RM 6,000 - RM 10,000: GPA 3.00

- Fee waiver available from RM 1,000 until RM 10,000 to be determined by Dasein Academy of Art.
- Approved study grants will provide tuition fee waivers over 5 long semesters (Example: RM 200 per semester x 5 long semester = RM 1,000)
