- Citizenship: International students (excluding citizens of Australia and New Zealand)
- Must be a new international student applying for 2024–2026 intakes
- Must be a full fee-paying student (non-sponsored)
- Must apply to a program in the list of eligible courses
- Applicants must have a minimum ATAR of 60
