Full scholarship including tuition fees and other related study fees
The Sarawak Energy Scholarship’s postgraduate track supports eligible Sarawakian students who wish to pursue a Master’s degree (coursework) or a PhD (research) in areas relevant to Sarawak Energy’s core business. The scholarship covers full tuition (100% waiver) and related academic costs at approved universities, whether in Malaysia or abroad.
Scholarship Requirements
- Open to Sarawakian students, who possess strong leadership qualities, are excellent team players, and excel in both extra-curricular activities and sports.
- 30 years old or below during the time of application.
- Minimum 3.30 CGPA in Undergraduate Degree and/or Master’s Degree.
- Full-time studies only.
- Not under any employment.
- Not a recipient of any other scholarship or financial aid.
- No family member is currently a Sarawak Energy Scholarship recipient.
- Students, who are pursuing or intending to pursue their studies in local universities (both public and private) or universities overseas in:
- Masters (Course Work Only) : Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Accounting, Finance
- PhD : Research paper must be related with Sarawak Energy‘s Core Business (Research proposal has to be ready during scholarship application)
Award Details
Recipients of this scholarship will get sponsorship for all tuition fees, including registration and examination fees.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an assessment and interview before the final selection.
