Full tuition scholarship with comprehensive living allowances for Malaysians
The Maybank Group Scholarship Programme provides full funding for high-performing Malaysian students to pursue undergraduate studies at top public universities in Malaysia and leading universities in the United Kingdom. Beyond financial aid, the programme aims to develop future leaders through leadership boot camps, the Maybank Student Ambassador Programme, and guaranteed employment opportunities within the Maybank Group upon graduation.
Scholarship Requirements
Applicant must meet the following requirements to be eligible:
- Open to Malaysian Students: Study Locally and in the United Kingdom.
- Not more than 22 years of age.
- High potential in academic and extracurricular activities, with outstanding leadership qualities.
- For local studies:
- Total gross household income of not more than RM120,000 per annum.
- Currently enrolled in 1st year undergraduate studies at any of the following public local universities.
- For UK studies:
- Total gross household income of not more than RM180,000 per annum.
- Have been accepted to pursue a full-time degree in selected top-tier universities in the UK (Admission Letter or Condition Letter Offer).
- Successfully completed any equivalent pre-university programme such as STPM, Foundation, Matriculation, Diploma, etc.
Award Details
- Full Scholarship - full cost of tuition and enrolment fees
- Funding - provides fund for related expenses such as laptop, books allowance & monthly allowances for living and accommodation
- Internship & placement - work-life experience within the Maybank Group & offers employment opportunities right after graduation
- Development programmes - Maybank Student Ambassador Programme (#Mbassador), Boot Camps & Team-Building, Community-based Learning & Certification for Future Ready courses.
