Full tuition fee waiver for full duration of study
The Biasiswa Perguruan Persekutuan Lepasan STPM and STAM (ISMP) is a scholarship provided by the Ministry of Education Malaysia aimed at recognising and supporting high-achieving students who wish to pursue studies in the field of education.
This scholarship is available to Malaysian students enrolling in undergraduate programmes (Bachelor of Education) at Public Universities (UA). It serves as a pathway for recipients to prepare for a career as an Education Service Officer.
Scholarship Requirements

Malaysian citizen.

Achieved a minimum score of eight in the Physical Activities, Sports and Co-curricular Assessment.

No disciplinary record.

Physically healthy.

Only qualified candidates who meet the requirements will be invited to sit for the Teacher Candidate Eligibility Test (eUKCG) online.

Specific Requirements for STPM Graduates:
- Not more than 23 years old as of 1 January 2026.
- Candidates must have studied in Government Schools or Government-Aided Schools under the Ministry of Education (MOE).
- Candidates must possess a full certificate for theSijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) that qualifies them for appointment to the public service, including a credit in Bahasa Melayu, English, and the Oral Test at the SPM level, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
- Achieve an academic result of at least a CGPA of 3.50 and above.
- For candidates applying for the English Language field, they must obtain a minimum Band 4 in the Malaysia University English Test (MUET) or at least Band B2 based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). May refer the link below.

For overseas sponsorship (English Language field only):
- Successful candidates must obtain a minimum score of 6.5 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS);
- Attend and pass the Student Preparatory Course at a centre determined by the Ministry of Education; and
- Be accepted into an overseas university designated by the Ministry of Education.
