Tuition fee waiver for eligible Malaysian students
Biasiswa Karangkraf is an education fund established in 2004 to help students pursue higher education. It acts as a corporate social responsibility initiative to ensure students can continue their studies despite financial limitations. The scholarship is offered for Foundation and Undergraduate studies at selected private institutions (IPTS).
Scholarship Requirements
- Open for Malaysian citizen only.
- Obtained 8 credits (kepujian) for SPM students or CGPA 3.00 for STPM/Matriculation/Diploma students
- Be active in sports and co-curricular activities.
- Not be bound by any other education funding or loans.
- Have received an offer letter from selected IPTS - UNISEL/Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College
- Have a household income of not more than RM 5,000 per month.
- Priority consideration will be given to students from families without prior sponsorship from Karangkraf.
- Scholarship recipients may be required to work with Karangkraf upon completion of their studies.

About Karangkraf
Kumpulan Media Karangkraf is a Malaysian media and publishing group established in 1978. It operates as a publisher of newspapers, magazines, and books, while also managing commercial printing and digital content divisions.
The group established the Karangkraf Scholarship in 2004 as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. It aims to support Malaysian students who face financial difficulties by providing access to higher education at selected private institutions.
