Criteria

Applicants must fulfil the following requirements:

Obtained the following grades
- Overseas programme - Obtained a minimum of 8 A+ for SPM 2024 with minimum C for Sejarah
- Local programme - Obtained a minimum of 6 As for SPM 2024 with minimum C for Sejarah
Meet the following age requirements
- Overseas programme - Not exceed 21 years old in Dec 2025
- Local programme - Not exceed 21 years old in Dec 2025
Malaysian with good health condition
Household income below RM 20,000 / month
Cannot have any sibling who was a YTM scholarship recipient at higher education institution
Both parents must also be Malaysian
Not currently receiving any form of education financial aid from other sources
Active in co-curricular activities

Highlights

This scholarship is not only for SPM students, but is also applicable for Matriculation, Diploma, Pre-University or Foundation students who intends to study in Multimedia University (MMU) or Public Universities.
YTM scholars are bound by the agreement and enjoy the opportunity to work with TM.

Yayasan Telekom Malaysia hopes to support students through the Future Leaders Scholarship programme by supplementing your further education studies with financial aid so that you can focus on learning.

This is a full scholarship programme for high-achieving Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) leavers or equivalent to pursue undergraduate studies in higher education institutions, who are planning to study the following fields:

Information Technology & Digital
Creative Multimedia
Engineering
Management
