Criteria

  • Applicant is required to prepare and organise art portfolios (traditional or digital drawings, paintings, video editing, photography, digital design, handicraft etc.) in softcopy format for submission and ease of review by Dasein Scholarship Committee

Highlights

  • Depeding on the study grant amount, study grant holder must maintain a minimum required grade (as indicated in the table) in every semester.
  • Deferment of the study grant is only allowed up to maximum 1 Year. 
  • Withdrawal from studies or expeled from Dasein, the study grant will automatically be forfeited.

Awards

Tuition Fee
  • Percentage / amount of fee waiver awarded is solely at the discretion of the college's scholarship committee based on various evaluations of the students' art portfolio submitted
  • Study grant will be released for the following semester after being approved (unless otherwise stated) 
  • Upon approval of the study grant, the tuition fee waiver will take effect (deducted from fees) in 5 long semesters.

Dasein Study Grant by Portfolio is a scholarship scheme that is introduced as part of the college's commitment to providing financial support in recognition and encouragement of Malaysian students with great art talent and outstanding artwork to pursue their studies in creative arts.
