Sarawak Energy Scholarship (Pre-U and Undergraduate)

Applicants for Pre-U (Foundation or A-Level)

• 21 years old or below during the time of application.
• Minimum 8As in SPM examination (Trial SPM results accepted)

Applicants for Undergraduate/Bachelor's Degree

• 24 years or below at the time of application.
• Minimum 8As in SPM or CGPA 3.30 in STPM / Matriculation / Foundation / Diploma or excellent results in UEC.

General Requirements

• Open to Sarawakian students, who possess strong leadership qualities, are excellent team players, and excel in both extra-curricular activities and sports.
• Students, who wish to pursue Foundation / A-Level / Bachelor's Degree in the following fields in local universities (both public and private) or universities abroad:
  • • Electrical Engineering *(**)
    • Civil Engineering**  / Mechanical Engineering**
    • ICT (Software Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems)
    • Accounting / Finance / Commerce
    • Law / Economics
• Not a recipient of any other scholarship or financial aid.
• No family member is currently a Sarawak Energy Scholarship recipient.
