Criteria

  • Attained minimum 1A in SPM
  • Must meet Entry Requirement
  • Student's SPM results must not exceed 3 years from the date of issue
  • Applicants are required to submit a copy of Form B/BE with the payment receipt of his/her parent's declaration of the annual income not exceeding RM 120,000 (interview with the Dasein Finance Department may be required for financial background verification)
  • Student are required to pay off their first semester tuition fees before the commencement date of the semester or prior to the first day of class.

Highlights

  • Study grant holders (1A - 9As) must maintain a minimum required grade in every semester as stipulated in the table below:
    • 1A   - CGPA 2.50
    • 2As - CGPA 2.50
    • 3As - CGPA 3.00
    • 4As - CGPA 3.30
    • 5As - CGPA 3.30
    • 6As - CGPA 3.50
    • 7As - CGPA 3.50
    • 8As - CGPA 3.60
    • 9As - CGPA 3.60
  • Deferment of the study grant is only allowed up to maximum 1 Year. 
  • Withdrawal from studies or expeled from Dasein, the study grant will automatically be forfeited.

Awards

Tuition Fee
  • Up to RM 27,000
  • Upon approval of the study grant, the tuition fee waiver will take effect (deducted from fees) in 5 long semesters.

The Dasein-Exsim study grant is supported by property developer Exsim Group as part of their commitment to sustainable education by providing financial support for deserving and well qualified students in Malaysia to pursue their studies in creative arts.
