Criteria

Students must meet one of the following minimum entry requirements

  • A-Level: BCC / ≥10 pts
  • STPM: CGPA ≥ 3.00
  • UEC (5 subjects): Aggregate 20 pts & below
  • Foundation/Matriculation/Diploma: CGPA 3.35 and above
  • SAM/AUSMAT/CPU: 80% and above
  • IB Diploma: ≥ 25

Highlights

  • Students applying with trial results need to meet entry requirements with actual examination results to maintain their scholarship offer
  • Succesful recipients must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.00 throughout the duration of their studies to retain their scholarship
  • All fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the scholarship application
  • All scholarship recipients who receive the scholarship may require to be Student Helper as needed from time to time

Awards

Tuition Fee
  • Scholarship is deducted from the 2nd semester onwards. Students will be notified and required to sign a scholarship contract
  • Up to RM 8,000 tuition fee waiver for the entire degree

Details

The UOW Malaysia High Achiever Scholarship is awarded to high flying, well-rounded candidates with outstanding results in their Pre-University Studies (or equivalent) examinations.

Application

  1. Applicant must be enrolled as a student of UOW Malaysia KDU and pay the full enrolment fee to be eligible to apply for the scholarship.
  2. For application using trial examination result, applicant must meet the minimum entry requirements of the program in actual examination results in order to be awarded with the scholarship using trial examination results.
