My Favourite Student Story
Do, or do not. There is no try - Yoda, 1980
There were situations where parents reached out to me, sounding completely defeated after their children’s exam failures. I listened carefully, noted their concerns, and assured them there was still a path to the qualifications their kids deserved. Building trust took effort—parents were often hesitant at first, especially towards agents. I focused on offering realistic options and managing expectations. Eventually, they were grateful to see their children continue into higher education, and referred their friends to me for help.
