- In 1930, Constantine Technical College opened to serve the buoyant industry in Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas. It later became known as Teesside Polytechnic and was awarded university status in 1992.

Fee Waiver of GBP 2,000
Requirements
Applicant must meet the following requirements to be eligible:
- On a foundation, undergraduate or postgraduate programme, applying to study at Teesside. Excludes students on pathway/foundation programmes at Teesside University International Study Centre, however you may be considered for this scholarship on progression to a full degree programme at Teesside University.
- A full-time sponsored or self-funding student, paying international fees.
- Must be an international fee payer at Teesside University studying on-campus in Middlesbrough or Darlington (Teesside University Online and Teesside University courses outside the UK are therefore excluded from this scholarship).
- Must hold on offer to foundation, undergraduate or postgraduate programme.
- Awards are made at the discretion of the International Scholarships Committee, who may consider your financial background, prior academic performance, as well as other information provided through your application and at any subsequent interview.
Awards Details
Fee waiver of GBP 2,000 and is applied during the student's first full academic year of study
