This scholarship provides tuition fee waiver for international master’s students.
The University of Reading Excellence Scholarship – Master’s is a merit-based scholarship for international students enrolling in eligible master’s programmes at the university, awarded in recognition of outstanding academic achievement.

条件要求
- Be offered admission to an eligible University of Reading degree course.
- Have international tuition fee status.
- Hold or be expected to achieve an undergraduate degree with a minimum UK Lower Second Class (or equivalent) standing.
- Not already be in receipt of a full tuition fee scholarship or sponsorship.
- Have applied for entry to an eligible University of Reading master’s course for admission in the academic year 2026–2027, using the University’s online postgraduate application form.
- Have applied to study on a full-time or part-time basis. Dual and Flexible / part-time modular master’s courses are excluded.
- Have received a formal offer of admission.
- Upon being offered the Scholarship, recipients will have 8 weeks from the date of the scholarship offer to accept the Scholarship and these Terms and Conditions. Failure to accept the Scholarship within the deadline may result in the funding being withdrawn.
- All information provided in the degree course application must be true and accurate.
- If the Scholarship is offered to a student holding a conditional offer of admission to the University, then the award of the Scholarship will also be conditional on the student meeting these requirements for entry.

- Scholarship recipients are required to advise the Scholarship Manager if their financial situation changes and they are subsequently granted full funding from another source.
- Scholarships cannot be deferred to future years and are valid for entry in the 2026-2027 academic year only.
- If a student is still undertaking their undergraduate degree studies and offered conditional admission they will be assessed for the Scholarship based on the grades in their provisional transcript, supplied as part of the degree course application process.
- If the final degree result confirms a classification at a higher level than indicated in the provisional transcript, the value of the Scholarship will be revised upwards to the appropriate level.
- The value of the Scholarship will not be revised downwards in the event the student performs less well in their final degree classification.

- The Scholarship provides a tuition fee reduction and may be held in conjunction with other partial funding.
- The Scholarship has a value of between GBP 2,000 and GBP 7,000 depending on undergraduate results:
- High First: GBP 7,000
- Low First: GBP 6,000
- 2:1: GBP 5,000
- 2:2: GBP 2,000
