This scholarship provides tuition fee waiver for eligible international students
The Vice Chancellor’s Global Development Scholarship is offered to international students from selected countries who are enrolling in undergraduate or postgraduate programmes at University of Portsmouth

Only applicants who have been assessed as overseas students for tuition fee purposes can access this scholarship.

Open to students enrolling into Undergraduate, Postgraduate Taught and Postgraduate Research.

Only applicable for course with annual fee GBP 16,200 or above for May 2026, September 2026 or January 2027 entry.

Not available for students who have previously studied other courses at the University of Portsmouth.

The scholarship is available for ICP (International College Portsmouth) students progressing to the University.

Eligibility is determined by nationality. May refer below for the list of selected countries.
