This scholarship provides tuition fee waiver for international undergraduate students
International Citizens of Change Scholarships are competitive awards for international undergraduate students joining the University of Leicester in September 2026. These scholarships recognise students who demonstrate creativity, impact, and realistic future goals through a selection process.

条件要求
- You must be starting a full-time undergraduate programme at the University of Leicester, UK campus commencing in September 2026 for year one, two or three of your undergraduate programme.
- You must have made Leicester your 'firm choice' by Tuesday 30 June 2026 (if you have applied via UCAS, you will need to reply by your UCAS reply deadline, which may be earlier than this date).
- All conditions of your offer must be met no later than Thursday 20th August 2026.
- You must be classed as an international student for fee purposes.
- Excluding Medicine, LLB Maitrise, STEM International Foundation and 'International Year 1' courses.
- To be considered, you need to create a short video (no more than two minutes) which answers these three questions:
- What do you want to achieve after university?
- How will your chosen degree help you achieve this?
- How will you contribute to the University community while you’re here?
- Alongside the video submission, your Personal Statement and any extracurricular activities you have highlighted in the application form will also be taken into consideration.
- If you are a sponsored student or a student from a partner university, you may still qualify for this fee discount provided you meet all other eligibility criteria.

- If you defer your place to the following academic year, your scholarship offer will no longer be valid. You will be considered under the funding arrangements for the new academic year and will need to reapply.
- No other university scholarships or discounts may be applied in addition to this fee discount (unless explicitly stated).

- A GBP 10,000 tuition fee discount will be awarded to 10 undergraduate international fee-paying students for each year of their course for up to three years.
- This fee discount applies only to the academic year in which you start your course, not the year you apply.
- The fee discount will not apply for periods of industrial placement or overseas exchange, resit years or if you suspend your studies for any reason.
