- Malaysian Citizen
- Students currently enrolled at UTAR must not be on suspension or leave of absence
- Also available to prospective students who wish to enrol at UTAR
- Applicants must have an excellent sports background or demonstrated talent in one of the following areas:
- Music: Vocal, Instruments, Composition
- Theatre: Dance, Drama, Directing, Choreography
- Art: Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Design, Calligraphy, Photography
- Writing: Creative Writing, Script Writing, Journalism
