- Malaysian Citizen
- Eligible for new registration and new progression to next level programmes at UNITAR
- Household is under the Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) Scheme which PTPTN Loan entitlement must be Full STR Category Amount B40.
- Enrolled under UNITAR Undergraduate Level Programmes (Conventional & Online) in UNITAR Main Campus (KJ)

Fee waiver of 50% from total balance amount not covered under PTPTN.

For example, student enter in January 2026 Intake for Foundation Programme which comes to RM 9,000. PTPTN managed to cover RM 6,800, from the remaining RM 2,200, 50% of it (RM 1,100) will be covered by UNITAR under this subsidy.

Example:
- Student apply for Foundation in Management (Conventional) = RM 9,000
- PTPTN STR Category Amount = RM 6,800
- Balance = RM 2,200
- 50% Covered by UNITAR = RM 1,100
- Balance to be borne by student = RM 1,100
