The Sunway University Art and Design Scholarship is granted to students enrolling in Arts & Design–related Diploma/Degree programmes at Sunway University

条件要求
- Candidates must meet the minimum entry requirement of the programme
- Full-time Malaysian or International students enrolled in Sunway University Art and Design programmes
- Candidates must submit a portfolio. May refer below for requirements of the portfolio:
- For the Diploma in Graphic & Multimedia Design and the BA (Hons) Design Communication programmes:
- Candidates must submit a portfolio consisting of 6–10 pieces of digital artwork in any of the following categories: Logo Design, Poster Design, Flyer Design, Motion Graphics, 3D Design, Web/App Interface Design, Illustration, Photography, Video
- Candidates may also supplement their portfolio with 4–5 pieces of traditional media artwork, if available
- For the Diploma in Interior Design (DID) and BA (Hons) Interior Architecture (BIA) programmes:
- Candidates must submit a portfolio that includes Interior Design–related drawings in both manual and digital formats, showcasing creativity as well as technical skills. All drawings must be clear, properly labelled, and professionally presented
- Manual drawings should include: Conceptual sketches, Perspective views, Floor plans, Elevations, Sections, Detailed furniture drawings
- Digital drawings may include: CAD-generated plans, 3D modelling, Rendered visualisations, Well-composed presentation boards
- Additional work, such as architectural façade sketches, is encouraged
- For the Diploma in Graphic & Multimedia Design and the BA (Hons) Design Communication programmes:
- Shortlisted candidates are required to attend an interview session

- The schedule of general fees must be paid as and when required, in accordance to Sunway University/ Sunway College’s policy on enrolment and fees.
- Recipients are not eligible for the scholarship for subsequent programmes with the same academic qualification.
- Accepting any other scholarship (of any amount) will result in automatic termination of this scholarship.
- All scholars are automatically members of Sunway Student Ambassadors (SSA).
- Scholars are encouraged to follow SSA social media and participate in activities.
- Sunway University / Sunway College reserves the right to involve recipients in interviews, advertisements, photography, and other publicity-related activities.
- A recipient who applies for the programme Transfer may retain his/ her scholarship provided that the new programme does not extend the duration of the scholarship.
- Recipients are required to reapply for the continuation of scholarship through IZone portal on a yearly basis
- Recipient should strive to maintain CGPA 3.00 in order to maintain the scholarship status
- Recipients are required to participate in the following activities:
- Assist and provide support in School of Arts, Department of Art and Design’s events
- Assist and provide support in the Giving Project organised by Student LIFE

- Disbursement of the Scholarship will be implemented in the 1st semester of the programme.
The participating programmes are as follows:
- Diploma in Graphic & Multimedia Design
- Diploma in Interior Design
- Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Design Communication
- Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Interior Architecture
- Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Architecture
