- Malaysian citizens that are below the age of 25 years old
- Applicants must demonstrate active participation in sports or extracurricular activities
- Not receiving other aid from any organisation/institutions
- Meet minimum Entry Requirements of the programme in SPM/IGCSE/O-Level/UEC
- Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend interview
- Participating programmes:
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Diploma in Graphic Design
- Diploma in Interior Design
- ACCA Foundation in Accountancy
