- SPM / IGCSE / UEC: Minimum 5As
- IB MYP: Minimum 42 points
- Pre-University:
- SPM / IGCSE: Minimum 5As
- IB MYP: Minimum 42 points
- Degree:
- A-Level: AB
- WACE: ATAR 80
- Australian Year 12: ATAR 90
- Canadian Year 12: 90%
- IB Diploma (6 subjects excluding DP core): 35 points
- Foundation/Diploma: CGPA 3.75
- STPM (2 subjects): CGPA 3.50
- UEC (Best of 5 Subjects): 10 points
- For UEC applicants: Points calculated are based on best 5 subjects, excluding Art and non-academic subjects with no subjects scoring lower than a grade B.

- For Diploma, the tuition fee waiver will be implemented from the 2nd semester of the programme onwards, if applicable and apportioned equally over semester 2 through semester 5.
- For Pre-University the tuition fee waiver will be implemented from the 2nd semester of the programme onwards, and disbursement will be apportioned equally over each of the remaining semesters.
- Pre-University tuition fee waivers for full scholarship are subject to the following:-
- Cambridge GCE A-Levels (up to 4 subjects)
- Foundation in Business (all compulsory and core modules)
- Monash University Foundation Year (up to 4 subjects or 8 units)
- Western Australian Certificate of Education (5 subjects)
- For Degree, The tuition fee waiver will be implemented from the 1st semester of the programme and onwards, if applicable and disbursed equally over each semester on a yearly basis.
- Diploma: Fee waiver up to RM 10,000
- Pre-University: Fee waiver up to 100%
- Degree: Fee waiver up to RM 15,000

- College English Enrichment (CEE) students who immediately enrol (next available intake) for a Pre-university, Certificate or Diploma programme with Sunway College Johor Bahru.
- English for Business, Degree Level Enrichment Programme (VU English) students who immediately continue (next available intake) for the Victoria University Bachelor of Business (3+0) with Sunway College Johor Bahru.
- Certificate programme students who immediately progress onto a Diploma programme (next available intake) with Sunway College Johor Bahru.
- Pre-university or Diploma programme students who immediately progress (next available intake) onto the Victoria University Bachelor of Business (3+0) with Sunway College Johor Bahru.
