Applicant must meet any of the following minimum requirements:
- SPM/IGCSE: 5As
- UEC: 24 points
- STPM/A-Level: 1A
- Certificate/Foundation/Diploma: CGPA 3.30 & above

- 100% Scholar has to maintain a CGPA of 3.85 and above for every consecutive semester for the entitlement benefit.
- 50% Scholar has to maintain a CGPA of 3.70 and above for every consecutive semester for the entitlement benefit.
- 25% Scholar has to maintain a CGPA of 3.50 and above for every consecutive semester for the entitlement benefit.
